MEETINGS, EVENTS & CELEBRATIONS

We have four individual event rooms which cater for meetings and presentations both small and large, private sit down dinners, and stand up events for 100 guests. For special occasions and celebrations, you can dine with us in our restaurant, in the courtyard, or cosily tucked away Backstage or in the Whiskey room.

Our meeting rooms are flexible and will be prepared the way you want them to be. We have all the things you might require such as projectors and screens, magnet boards, flip charts, pin boards, 110cm wide flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi and extensive stationary supplies. Naturally we’ll have a member of the Michelberger team looking after you and your guests throughout your meeting or event.

We can arrange a coffee and tea station and we’ll have a fridge full of Fountain of Youth, fruit juice from the region and mineral water. Our kitchen team will be very happy to prepare food for you, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner... or just something to snack on. And of course everything is made with the same local, seasonal and organic loving care as in our restaurant. For private events we’ll individually design a menu to suit your party reflecting the dining style of our restaurant.

Studio

Always light and airy with big windows overlooking our courtyard, this is a wonderful room for meetings and presentations of up to 14 people. There’s wall space for projections, and room for several flip charts or boards. And when a break is required guests can head over to the bar corner at the end of the room for a coffee or tea. Backstage

Covering an area of 90m2, the Backstage room can be set up in a variety of ways. It’s flexible enough to host seated events – conferences or candlelit dinners for 50 – or up to 100 guests for standing events. The room is divided into two areas by a half wall, which keeps the room open while still creating defined spaces when required. The Backstage has adjoining toilets and access to a private terrace area in the courtyard. The floor plan is available here.

Whiskey Room

The Whisky Room can be reached through a secret door and it’s the perfect place for private dinners or sophisticated conspiracies. We can host up to 20 people seated or 50 standing for private cocktail parties. Filled with handsome furniture and featuring a wall of wooden panels, the room also has a projection screen for presentations or cinema screenings. See the floor plan here.

The Office

With mid-century furniture and up on the fourth floor, The Office is perfect for small meetings or gatherings of up to 12 people.
