We are looking for a full time Sous Chef to join our international kitchen team. You will be the right hand of our Head Chef, be responsible for our kitchen trainees, take over special orders as well as train the kitchen team.
You will be responsible for our lunch service during the week, and for organising internal event catering. Occasionally you’ll be required to support the night team during holidays or if someone on the team is ill, but generally speaking, this will be a Monday – Friday, daytime job.
